Our UK retreats generally run over 3 nights, with guests arriving Thursday and departing Sunday. We offer a range of room options so you’ll find something for your budget.
The exact timetable will depend on the retreat location and guest preferences but you could enjoy activities such as cooking classes, swimming, gym sessions, trekking, cycling, beach yoga or paddle boarding.
