    Nutrient-dense, unprocessed, vibrant and high-protein dishes are at the core of our retreats’ menus. Our nutritional sessions and cooking lessons will encourage subtle changes in your diet to maintain optimal health for you and your family, way after you leave. We believe life is far too short to miss out on the food you love - but learning how to cook and prepare nutritious yet delicious meals is key.

    We will help you to navigate the misleading world of nutrition and show you how to truly eat for optimal physical and mental wellness - without ever having to go on another diet again. Depending on whether you want to focus on losing weight or building muscle, you can choose the size of your plates.

    You’ll learn how to fuel your workouts, avoid emotional eating and nourish your body and brain. Learn what macro and micro nutrients are, what supplements to take, how much protein you need, how to structure your meals and timings and kitchen hacks for health.

    You’ll receive personal support from start to end. You’ll join a community of like-minded woman that motivate, up-lift and empower one another. A group setting allows you to ask questions freely in a safe, supportive environment and also you can learn from others views and experiences. The majority of guests come alone but many leave with friends for life.
