Our female-only retreats are designed to empower you to take control of your wellbeing and truly find your healthiest and happiest self. Focused around three core areas of fitness, nutrition and mindset, our retreats offer a fully inclusive programme full of high-energy fitness classes, relaxing yoga or pilates, mindfulness sessions, scenic walks, cooking classes and delicious nutritious food.

Set in a luxurious secluded barn conversion showcasing beautiful views over the Exe Valley, get ready for expert-led high-energy workout sessions, resistance training, chef-made nutritious meals, cooking demonstrations, educational workshops, countryside hikes, stretching and rest and recovery.

Empower retreats are about much more than just your time with us; they're about educating and empowering you to continue your success after you leave and helping you to become the best version of yourself, physically and mentally.

  • Built in 2023, this detached property enjoys captivating beautiful views above the Exe Valley and showcases all en-suite bedrooms, underfloor heating, a stylish kitchen and plenty of space to relax too.

    Outside is a large private garden with a hot tub, fire pit and outdoor seating where guests can find peace with its uninterrupted views.

    Guests can choose between a single bed in a shared twin room or a king bed in a solo room.

    This tranquil property has free private parking or is just 15 minutes from Tiverton Parkway (taxi’s can be arranged), a 2 hour direct train from London.

  • Our menu’s are designed by a qualified nutritionist and feature delicious nutrient-dense, gut-healthy and high-protein meals. Our ethos is to ensure you’re left feeling satisfied, fuelled and fulfilled while also being conscious of macros and calories.

    All produce is sourced locally from our trusted suppliers in Devon and Somerset where possible.

    A typical menu:

    • Breakfast: Chia pudding soaked in coconut milk, added vanilla protein powder, topped with fresh raspberries, blueberries, walnuts, mixed seeds and cinnamon.

    • Snack: Cookie dough and brownie protein balls

    • Lunch: Grazing table of assorted lean meats, roasted red peppers, fresh salads, tzatziki, mediterranean couscous, hummus with dips, toasted seeds and fruit platters

    • Snack: Banana and summer fruits ‘n’ice-cream sprinkled with coconut flakes

    • Dinner: Miso glazed cod, summer greens risotto and sautéed mushrooms

    Water, fruit and herb infused water, tea, herbal teas and coffee will be available at all times. We also offer nutritional talks, cookery workshops, Q&A sessions, and access to bespoke recipes.

  • Wake up to the sounds of nature and take part in guided yoga or pilates overlooking the Exe valley.

    After breakfast, expert-led high-energy cardio training, resistance workouts or intense circuit training awaits. We’ve also partnered with a local CrossFit gym where we’ll hold 3 metabolic conditioning sessions. Our coaches can tailor all exercises to suit your ability.

    With so much countryside to explore on our doorstop, expect daily long hikes to soak in that fresh air and connect with the group.

    As we begin to wind down, stretching and breath work sessions will help us switch off. Why not soak in the hot tub to relax your muscles.

  • Explore in our mindfulness sessions habits, goal setting, stress management, neuroplasticity, the body-brain connection and breath-work techniques.

    Our educational workshops will leave you feeling confident on how to reach your fitness goals. We’ll cover training styles, cardio, rep ranges, rest periods and you’ll leave with a personalised training plan.

    We’ll also help you navigate the confusing world of nutrition through cooking classes and workshops. You’ll learn how to fuel your workouts and nourish your body and brain. Learn what macro and micro nutrients are, what supplements to take, how to structure your meals and timings and kitchen hacks for health.

    Plus you’ll leave with bespoke macronutrient and calorie targets and a selection of recipes for your favourite meals.

  • Check-in 5-6PM Thursday 4th September and depart from 4PM Sunday 7th September. An extra night stay is available at a cost.

  • Our female-only retreats are designed for ages 20-40. Most guests travel solo and if you select a twin room, you will be paired with someone of similar age. Our minimum age is 18 and we cannot accept pregnant or post-natal women. This retreat has a maximum group size of 10.

    If you have an injury, medical condition or specific dietary requirements we request that you contact us prior to booking.

We will try keep this retreat as close to this timetable as possible, but may need to make small adjustments based on guest preferences, weather and external factors.
