  • Will I lose weight while on the retreat?

    If you are starting from a position of being overweight, then it is likely you will lose weight especially if on a longer retreat. Please remember however that unlike other bootcamps which aim for maximum weight loss (which is realistically mostly just water weight), we empower you with the knowledge, tools and mind-set needed to continue your weight-loss journey after the retreat has ended, so you can lose weight for good and gain so much more from life.

  • How is this different from other retreats out there?

    Many bootcamps try to sell quick-fixes that leave you a few lb lighter but just as confused, de-motivated and lost as before. Some even use methods that could damage your health in the longer-term. Our workshops and workouts are created using evidence-based research and delivered by passionate experts to leave you feeling energised, inspired and empowered to own your health, achieve your goals and transform your lifestyle for good.

  • I'm worried about joining alone - should I be?

    Absolutely not! In fact the majority of our guests join our retreat alone but many leave as friends for life - our friendly team will be there every step of the way to help guide you and you will soon feel part of the community.

    If you are coming with a friend(s), let us know and we can ensure you're paired up in your accommodation and during activities.

  • Are the workouts and activities challenging?

    Yes - if you want them to be! Our personal trainers are skilled at ensuring guests feel appropriately challenged while providing individual support and exercise alternatives to those who need. Ultimately, the workouts will be as hard as you are willing to push yourself - mind over matter! While we will encourage you to go outside of your comfort zone, we will always ensure you find yourself in a safe, fun and supportive environment.

  • Do I have to take part in all of the activities?

    Unlike many other retreats, all of our activities are included in the price representing excellent value for money and so we would encourage guests to take part in everything on offer. If you would prefer not to take part in an activity however, just let us know - there will be no judgement. We can either try to find an alternative option or you can enjoy some more rest and relaxation time in our stunning locations.

  • What food can I expect to eat on the retreat?

    All meals, snacks and drinks are included from start to finish. We offer guests a selection of delicious, nutritious and fulfilling dishes made using quality, fresh and local ingredients, where possible. We will also teach you some simple tricks and techniques you can take away to use when cooking at home to ensure you both fuel your body and satisfy your mind.

  • How do I get to the retreat?

    Guests are responsible for arranging their own transport however our friendly team can help to arrange for you to be picked up from the nearest station or airport. Depending on the location, limited parking may also be available on-site or nearby. For international retreats, our team can help to advise which flights will be suitable, arrange for transport to and from airports or provide guidance if you wish to extend your stay.

  • I'm already quite fit and don't need to lose weight - is it still worth coming?

    Yes, definitely! While some guests do want to lose weight, our retreats offer so much more than this. Our educational workshops, fun activities, energising workouts and passionate team will enable you to gain a new-found understanding of what health really means, providing you with the tools and knowledge to further invest in yourself and your overall wellness. It’s just as much about what you gain than just what you lose.

  • Is there a minimum or maximum age limit?

    Our minimum guest age is 18 years old. While there is no maximum age limit, our retreats have been designed for ages 20-40 in mind (pre-menopause). We also are unable to accept pregnant women or those under 6 months post-natal.
