Empower Retreats are run at a variety of stunning, idyllic locations where you will stay in luxury accommodation against a backdrop of coastal or countryside views. Our retreat leaders are professionally qualified and you will get personal 1:2:1 support pre, during and post retreat. Our retreats are female only and are designed for ages 20-40.
